With the right professional help, one can transform any dull skin to a bright healthy-looking one.

Bellmore Dermatologist, Dr. Morris Westfried, a board certified dermatologist, who has been successfully treating patients with skin issues for the last three decades, is organizing a food drive campaign for the needy families locally.

Noticing from reports that an increasing number of children and families in his community are struggling with basic needs such as food, Westfried will be taking proceeds from certain services he provides for his patients, and donating the money to local food banks.

When asked why he would do such a program, Dr Westfried said, "Local communities are strong due to the free spirit of giving and helping one's neighbors. If I could get the public to help the hungry families while addressing people's basic health concerns, why not?"

Dr. Westfried explained, "It is a growing problem. Donations to food banks have decreased as food demands have increased. Food Banks need help all year round and we all can help them by working together."

Having practiced in the local community for over 30 years, Dr. Westfried has always believed in using non-invasive technology to achieve a better cosmetic and health result for patients.

For example, Dr Westfried's new technology has made tattoo-removal faster, easier and affordable.

"Tattoo-removal can be frustrating as certain colors could not be removed that easily. And the amount of time spent can often be long." said Westfried, "This new technology can help someone remove a tattoo easily, with less visits and thus cost."

Dr Wesfried also shares his practice philosophy, "With the right professional help, one can transform any dull skin to a bright healthy-looking one."
