Best Drug Rehabilitation’s Per Wickstrom Joins NBA’s Jamal Crawford, NFL Legend Lawrence Taylor & TV’s Judge Mathis at Mathis Community Center Annual Turkey Give-Away
(PRWEB) November 26, 2014 -- Best Drug Rehabilitation’s CEO Per Wickstrom joined NBA celebrity All-Star Jamal Crawford, Legendary NFL Hall of Famer Lawrence “L.T.” Taylor, and TV’s Judge Greg Mathis for the Mathis Community Center’s annual “Unity in the Community Turkey Give-Away”, which was held on Tuesday, November 25, 2014 from 12:00-6:00pm.
During the event, which took place at the Mathis Community Center located at 19300 Greenfield in Detroit, the special guests along with volunteers handed out more than 500 turkeys to needy Metro Detroit families, in an effort to help them enjoy a brighter Thanksgiving this year.
The Mathis Community Center is owned by Judge Greg Mathis, and follows his mission to make a difference in the community. The Center, where learning is encouraged and positive activities are a way of life, has hosted many special events including: the Judge Mathis Mobile Community Service Kick-off, The Census Family Day, the annual Unity in the Community Turkey Give-Away, and many others and numerous others.
