La Fogata has a number of great food and drink specials available for the month of September as the San Antonio Mexican restaurant will be celebrating Mexican Independence Day.

Throughout the month, La Fogata will be featuring Carnitas, a delicious pork meat dish. This entrée will be served on a sizzling comal with Mexican rice, borracho beans, onions and cilantro.

For those heading to La Fogata for a drink this month, the restaurant will be featuring Peligroso, a premium, 100 percent Agave tequila. The bartenders at La Fogata will be pouring four different Peligroso cocktails: a Peligroso Top Shelf Margarita, a Peligroso Martini, Peligroso Sunrise and Peligroso Cinnamon.

The Peligroso Top Shelf Margarita includes Peligroso Reposado, Grand Marnier, lime juice, sour mix and a dash of orange juice.

The delicious and sophisticated Peligroso Martini features Peligroso Silver, dry vermouth and bitters.
