These blue and green patterns seem fresh year in and year out

As the temperatures rise each spring, Homespice Décor can expect orders for three classic rug patterns to start pouring in. Homespicecotton braided patterns, Baja Blue, Seascape and Wedgewood, have been best-sellers every year for over 10 years. Their ageless melding of blues, greens and creams are favorites for living rooms, dining rooms and bedrooms. While popular for coastal and cottage décor, the patterns transcend categorization by style as they have been used with almost every décor style over the years.

“These blue and green patterns seem fresh year in and year out,” says Homespice CEO and Chief Designer, Junior Gupta. “These patterns have a solid standing in our best- sellers line-up each year. We have retailers and end-consumers telling us about, and showing us, rugs that are now 10 years old and still looking great. Homeowners fall in love with the pattern, and although their furnishings, flooring and wall colors may change over the years, these rugs always have a place in their home and family. It is very gratifying for us at Homespice.”

Recently, Homespice     introduced     new patterns to their blue pattern family. The most exciting rug joining this family of winning patterns is the Medallion Blue, a hand-shaped and hand-pieced Ultra Durable rug inspired by geometric shapes. Its spiraling medallions are made with newly designed techniques.

This new construction and styling with variegated blues, greys and tans give the rug a playful impact for indoors or outdoors.

Azure and Juniper are new patterns in the Ultra Durable braided rug product line. Water-proof and stain-proof, Juniper takes Homespice’s classic blue styling indoor or outdoor with its dramatic dark and heather blues, creams, greys and black. The new Ocean Maze pattern answers demands from customers that the classic beauty of the Seascape cotton braid be translated into the Homespice jute braided rug line.Ocean Maze makes this classic pattern affordable for those on a decorating budget.
