Healdsburg, CA (PRWEB) May 07, 2015
Wilson Artisan Wineries announces that one of their sister wineries, deLorimier Winery, is now hosting a special experience for visitors called Farm to Fork Wine and Food Pairing.
deLorimier Winery invites guests to immerse themselves in wine country with a four-course pairing of local cuisine and wines. All ingredients are sourced from locally-owned-and-operated farms. Each course has been masterfully paired with deLorimier wines to showcase an extravaganza for the palate.
Once the wines have been chosen, the private chef will create a local, seasonal menu to complement and elevate the wines. The private dining room creates an interactive and engaging experience with the chef and tasting room staff. Guests can take in the beautiful views of the estate vineyards and Alexander Valley while enjoying a glass of Estate Sauvignon Blanc.
The wine and food pairing series is held twice a month on most Saturdays, during two seatings at 11:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.
The experience costs $42 for wine club members and $50 for non-club members. For more information, visit http://delorimierwinery.com/visit/special-tastings/. To make a reservation, please call 707-857-2000 or email Brenna at brenna(at)delorimierwinery(dot)com.
