Bhindi Jewellers is pleased to announce that its new store, Bhindi Couture, is the company's first mall store. The company chose the high-profile Glendale Galleria because it is one of the top-ranked malls in southern California and other major companies like Apple and Disney launched their first retail stores in Glendale. The store has been named Bhindi Couture to reflect the company's expansion to target the boutique and couture market in addition to its established base of Indian and Asian clientele.

The luxury wing of the mall, where Bhindi Couture is located, recently underwent millions of dollars in renovations. Company spokesman Ashwin Bhindi explained the store's philosophy and mission, “Glendale is a real melting pot. You have a lot of cultural similarities. I think the mindset will have some parallels.” Convenient to Glendale, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, La Cañada and Sherman Oaks, the Glendale Galleria store enjoys foot traffic of more than 26 million people annually.

Bhindi Couture Features and Focus
The first mall store for Bhindi showcases modern jewelry designs , diamond Couture products, and exclusive collections of accessories from branded artisans like Rolex, Chanel, Mount Blanc, Blancpain, Tag Heuer and Bell and Ross. Luxury brands also include some preowned watches and one-of-a-kind pieces that aren't available anywhere else. Bhindi is the only authorized service center for Rolex in southern California, so customers enjoy in-house service by a trained Rolex technician and other perks such as extended four-year warranties instead of the traditional two-year guarantees.

The new store has 3,500 square feet of visual merchandising space and 100 feet of store frontage. The diamond boutique includes fusion pieces, diamonds with VVS clarity and F color and jewelry priced from $750 to $250,000 and up. Clients can find one of the largest selections of fine watches in the country. As an exclusive dealer for Rolex, the store carries more than 400 watch styles just from its anchor brand.

The Bhindi Brand Expands
Bhindi Couture offers special gifts and accessories that traditional jewelers don't carry. These elegant accouterments include leather goods, perfumes and unique couture items from the company's fashionable suppliers and partners. Although Bhindi is proud to open its first mall store, the company doesn't plan to offer generic mall products that are typically found in shopping centers. Spokesperson Bhindi explains, “Our whole positioning is that while we are in a mall, we’re not a mall jeweler.” The company's selection includes high-end jewelry and timepieces that are closer to Rodeo Drive than Main Street, U.S.A.

Additionally, the company plans to offer an educational section to help people understand how jewelers classify gems and which characteristics show superior or inferior quality.
