A noted and respected industry expert, Manber has more than 20 years of experience in litigation support. He has provided consulting, management and both user and administrative training on all aspects of eDiscovery, from litigation anticipation through time of trial (including protocols and workflows), digital forensic services and analysis, document review technology, data management, trial presentations and more. Before consulting full-time, Manber served as director of litigation support services for U.S. Legal Support, Inc., with previous experience as a partner in a litigation technology company as well as in-house at various law firms. In his new role with BIA, he will help the firm ensure the delivery of customized, high-quality eDiscovery and forensic services, including managed review and database hosting.
