The enhancements apply to BigContacts’ software, customer support and reseller support.
Through the new program resellers will receive their personal virtual servers in one of the BigContacts data centers. Resellers will provide BigContacts with a custom domain and SSL certificate and BigContacts will then embed the reseller logo on the software making it ready for resell. In addition to the software branding enhancement BigContacts will provide turn-key (Level I - Level III) customer support under the reseller’s brand name.
The new white label CRM reseller program provides two billing options for resellers. BigContacts can bill a reseller’s customers directly under the reseller’s brand name each month or the reseller has the option to be billed by BigContacts and then can bill their customers directly.
Under the latter option the reseller will provide a single credit card for BigContacts to keep on file. BigContacts will bill the reseller’s credit card at a "wholesale rate" each month and the reseller will then bill their end customer a price of their choice. This provides resellers with more flexibility regarding pricing.
