September marks the beginning of the next quarter and the company is happy to give away the incentive prizes for employee participation so far. The wellness rewards, a Mongoose Mountain Bike and a state-of-the-art Ninja Juicer will be raffled off at the August company meeting. All employees are eligible and have been earning points by attending wellness events.
There were 14 points available, and some employees will have their name entered up to 14 times for their participation at events such as: volunteering at the San Diego Food Bank, fitness boot camps, over the line games, Cowles Mountain hikes, biometrics screenings, private health consultations and educational lunch & learns. For the next quarter’s prize, the company will vote on a Roxy Beach Cruiser, Paddle Board, 1 year of Personal Training or a full 1-year membership to 24-hour Fitness Club.
