Both women have extensive experience with corporations and HR consulting firms, working to strategically communicate important information to employees using print, broadcast, digital and face-to-face tactics. Robyn Schaub brings more than 20 years of experience to Blue Communications. She began her career at Towers Perrin and later worked as a communications consultant for PartnerComm Inc. before moving into marketing and corporate communications leadership roles at the American Heart Association, Raytheon and Boy Scouts of America. Most recently, she led employee communications at Baylor Scott & White Health, the largest nonprofit health system in Texas. Schaub graduated from Vanderbilt University with a bachelor's degree in economics.
Sally Atz is a seasoned pro with 20 years of experience as an independent communications consultant specializing in HR and benefits communications. She has collaborated with leading HR consulting firms and worked directly with a variety of corporate clients. Atz also spent five years as a communications consultant for Hewitt Associates in Atlanta, working with clients throughout the southeast. Atz holds a Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of Missouri.
