After the 3rd consecutive year of record growth, Blue Diamond Attachments has expanded its executive management team with the addition of industry executive Michael Koehler to continue to expand their national footprint of dealers that is largely made up of independent tractor dealers and compact equipment dealers for BobCat ™, Case ™, John Deere ™ and others active in the Skid Steer attachment sales and rental markets.

Koehler comes to Blue Diamond with more than 20 years of national sales and leadership experience including his previous role as National Sales Manager for Diamond Mowers, Sales developer at Snap-On Tools, and as a Regional Vice President Primerica Financial Services. He has had a lifetime of interests in not only sales performance but is also an active participant in the motorsports arena, owning several specialty vehicles, helping produce several large auto shows and was part of a professional racing team as well.
Michael has a history of building effective sales organizations and training, having won many awards for team performance and growth and is also a recognized national speaker, published author, coach and certified Zig Ziglar Legacy trainer, as well as an Accredited DISC trainer.
