Beucler brings nearly three decades of experience in home building to his new role. He has worked across numerous facets of the industry throughout his career, mastering the development of single-family, multi-family, commercial, industrial, mixed-use, hospitality, and high-rise projects.
Prior to joining Blue Heron, Beucler served as Chief Operating Officer at Zephyr Partners in San Diego. Overseeing development, he was responsible for more than $494 million of completed and $879 million of in-progress projects. Earlier in his career, Beucler built award-winning custom homes and communities throughout San Diego County. In addition, he spent over a decade with Ryland Homes as President of the Southern California division, where he was responsible for the delivery of over 4,200 homes with a total value of more than $840 million.
