Blue Chip Consulting Group Receives Top Honor, Named One of Top 100 Employers

Blue Chip Consulting Group (Blue Chip) has been ranked among the top 100 employers in a recent survey naming the Top Workplaces of 2014. The annual ranking is a prestigious recognition of the best in workplace culture and talent initiatives.

More than a thousand business were nominated to participate in the survey. Over one hundred and forty-two thousand employee responses were collected and evaluated by Workplace Dynamics, an on-demand employee survey service. Company leadership, workplace flexibility, diversity, compensation and training, were the key components from the overall data gathered. Blue Chip finished above the median average in all categories, which is a testament to the company's culture and success at attracting and retaining the best IT consultants in the Midwest.
