BlueConic, the world’s leading customer data platform (CDP), today announced its top performance in industry research firm The Relevancy Group’s (TRG) Relevancy Ring for the CDP category, which was published today. The Relevancy Ring is the first quantifiable measurement of six enterprise class CDPs available to marketers.
According to TRG, BlueConic secured top marks for meeting marketer challenges in:
- Integrated Customer View Uniqueness - The report cites BlueConic’s strengths in utilizing identity management methods to recognize unknown and known customers as individuals across channels, and giving marketers the ability to view individual profiles.
- Data Matching, Mapping and Hygiene Completeness - BlueConic’s platform scored best in its ability to integrate and map data sources to both inbound and outbound sources with a high degree of confidence and completeness.
- Measurement - According to the report, BlueConic best meets client measurement challenges related to the every-channel marketer.
As part of the report development, The Relevancy Group spoke with a selection of reference clients from each vendor and collected anonymous survey data from users. BlueConic secured the Gold Award for Client Satisfaction related to Infrastructure/Stability, Education Resources, and Industry Expertise. Nicholas Einstein, vice president of research, and David Daniels, co-founder and CEO of The Relevancy Group explain in the report, “The Relevancy Group finds that client satisfaction and overall vendor reputation often drives vendor selection.”
In addition to giving BlueConic high marks across all categories, TRG’s Einstein and Daniels note the following in the report: “We were extremely impressed by [BlueConic’s] dashboard and the rich “insights gallery” that BlueConic makes available to customize it. The platform also includes an impressively deep set of tools for managing paywalls and other specialized functions for publishers.
