Bluff Manufacturing Exhibits at the National Beer Wholesalers Association Product Demonstration Showcase
Fort Worth, Texas (PRWEB) September 29, 2014 -- Bluff Manufacturing, an innovative leader in the fabrication and design of high quality material handling, dock and warehouse equipment, storage structures, and safety barriers, is proud to announce that they will be an exhibitor at the National Beer Wholesalers Association’s (NBWA) Product Demonstration Showcase to be held September 28th-October 1st at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans. Bluff Manufacturing will be at booth #604 showcasing their line of advanced storage systems for craft beer sixer kegs, wine bottles, and wine cartons.
Introduced at last year’s NBWA’s convention, Bluff Manufacturing’s Keg Flow Racks allow distributors faster and easier handling of craft beer sixer kegs. The Keg Flow Racks simplify the handling of craft beer sixer kegs by seating pallet racks at an angle, sloping downward to allow the keg flow racks to slope forward. This design affords easy access to the sixers at the front of the rack when 60” or less. The gravity system keeps the sixers always at the front of the rack for optimal stock rotation and ergonomic picking and handling of the craft beer kegs. The flexible system works with most volumes of keg movement, is easy to install, and extremely durable. The Keg Flow Racks are available in multiple sizes to fit various warehouse rack dimensions with standard depths ranging from 42” to 120” to work with most existing rack systems and keg vaults.
Bluff Manufacturing is proud to introduce their latest new products at NBWA this year: the Wine Case Flow Rack and Wine Bottle Flow Rack. The patent pending Wine case Flow Rack efficiently stores wine cartons without wasting any space. The gravity-fed flow system makes it easy to load and unload. It allows customers to maintain FIFO system for their vintages. Multiple rollers allow free flow of cartons without hangups. The Wine Bottle Flow Rack from Bluff Manufacturing, also patent pending, efficiently stores individual wine bottles, making picking easier. Gravity-fed flow systems make loading and unloading the bottles easier while the system keeps overflow contained, upright, and next to case packs. The Wine Bottle Flow Rack helps prevent accidental breakage, helping save money and keep employees safer.
“When Favorite Brands asked us to find a better way to store individual bottles from split cases in addition to creating a better system for case flow we were honored to meet the challenge,” says Andrea Curreri, President of Bluff Manufacturing, “Working with their team allowed us to create a solution that will increase efficiency and eliminate breakage due to loose bottles sitting on wire or roller shelves.”
