Miami, FL (PRWEB) February 28, 2014
United Yacht Sales LLC, the United States largest independently owned yacht brokerage, previously announced their participation in this month's Yacht and Brokerage Show in Miami Beach. This year's event was held from February 13th - 17th, and marked the 26th annual occurrence of this big show in Florida.
After more than a decade of unparalleled success, United Yacht continues their outreach to solidify their name as the leader in their business vertical. United Yacht's CEO, Peter Schmidt, comments. "Our mission is to provide boaters unequaled brokerage and ownership services before, during and after every transaction. We hold ourselves to the highest levels of expertise and professional standards." He continues. "The Miami International Boat Show gives us the opportunity to talk face-to-face with clients and show them our dedication to this industry."
At this year's show, Peter Schmidt's team showcased a variety of highly sought after yachts. This year's featured vessels included:
50' Naval Cat
The 2009 Huckins is a Flybridge model that features a 406 gallon fuel capacity. The 2010 Naval Cat is a YachtCat model and features an impressive 800+ fuel capacity. The ever popular 2006 Cabo is perfect for sportsmen, as it is an Express Fish model with a 550 gallon fuel capacity. And this year's prized feature is a 2004 Baia. With a fuel capacity of 1,320 gallons, this Atlantica Express model has speeds up to 44 knots.
Founded in 2002, Peter Schmidt's United Yacht offers boats for sale and is now the largest independently owned yacht brokerage in the country. Peter brings over 40 years of experience to the yachting industry, and his motto of "Earning Your Trust, One Boat at a Time" has been proven true, as he has driven United Yacht to be a leader in the boating market.
United Yacht is comprised of over 100 brokers with a highly visible market presence in 16 states, plus Canada. Mr. Schmidt's team averages over 1,000 listings and closes over 400 transactions annually, valued at approximately $80,000,000.
The secret to United Yacht's success is that each broker has freedom to operate in a way that they, individually, are best to succeed, as brokers are independent contractors. However, they can take the benefits of independence and combine it with the larger framework of the United Yacht's national footprint. This affords United Yacht brokers the resources to offer unsurpassed services to their clients with exposure in local, national, and international markets.
