Book tells the story of a little boy who takes home a puppy but causes trouble with it
Ann Voss announces the release of 'Take Him Back'
PERRY, Ga., April 29, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Years ago, Ann Voss attended a writing seminar in St. Simons, Georgia and left her little boy at home. Although she knew he was being well cared for, she still felt guilty about leaving him. While she was at the seminar, she wrote "Take Him Back" (published by Xlibris) to make up for leaving him.
This book is about Larry, a little boy who found a puppy in the park. Being worried about the puppy being left alone in the park, he takes the puppy home with him. His mother was not happy about him bringing the pup home and true to her predictions, the pup caused a lot of trouble. Will Larry still keep the pup?
"We hear a lot today about kindness to animals and animal rescue. The boy in this story was trying to help the puppy. I think children will find this book amusing and its ending is different," Voss says.
"Take Him Back" aims to remind children about the problems they can encounter when they do not obey their parents. For more details about the book, please visit https://www.amazon.com/Take-Him-Back-Ann-Voss/dp/1796084980.
