Boopsie, Inc. today shared results from its most recent customer satisfaction survey that was automatically sent to all libraries after they submitted a request to Boopsie’s help desk. This survey has received a 50% response rate and detailed responses from over 51 libraries since it was activated this month. According to this survey, Boopsie’s library-customers are 100% satisfied with the leading mobile platform-as-a-service provider’s customer support, and many sing specific praises to Boopsie’s Help Desk Manager, Santiago Pazmino, by name.
