Avid Collector Announces His Search for Original 1964 Bob Dylan Ann Arbor High School Concert Poster
San Francisco, California (PRWEB) June 28, 2016 -- Avid collector Andrew Hawley of Vintage Rock Posters announces his search for original 1964 Bob Dylan Ann Arbor High School concert posters. Dylan had just released his second album The Freewheelin' Bob Dylan. The concert was on September 19, 1964. According to Hawley, "This was Dylan's second concert in Ann Arbor. He had played at the University of Michigan in 1962 with other folk artists. His name was misspelled as Dillon on the University of Michigan concert poster used to advertise the show. The Ann Arbor High School poster spells his name right. It features a picture of Dylan and was printed on thick poster board. Dylan was still virtually unknown. The same image was used on two other concert posters - the 1963 Townhall show in New York City and the1963 Lisner Auditorium concert in Washington, D.C."
