The investment in BrainBank puts in place a new Board of Directors and an experienced management team with a track record of customer success, led by Ludwig Melik as the new CEO for BrainBank, who most recently served as President of Upland Software, an Enterprise Work Management cloud solution provider. Ludwig has more than 20 years of experience in the enterprise software market, with a background that includes President and VP Sales roles in both public and private companies. As cofounder at Tenrox, cloud-based project management business, Ludwig built the sales and marketing systems and teams and was intimately involved in developing the company’s go-to market strategy. At Upland Software, Ludwig led the company to complete multiple acquisitions and IPO on Nasdaq within 30 months.
Andre Laurin a principal shareholder and cofounder stays on as a Senior Innovation Strategist. Karell Ste-Marie also a cofounder will stay on as CTO to help shape BrainBank solution’s future success.
