Brentwood is excited to announce the introduction of a new splash system that truly raises the bar for crossflow cooling tower applications. It features a newly designed splash fill, called SpiraBar, and an improved grid system, called SpeedGrid.

SpiraBar enables thermal performance equal to, or better than, any splash bar on the market by providing the most uniform droplet distribution of any splash bar design. More uniform distribution of water and air allows the bars to be installed without a staggered configuration, which older bar designs required due to water shedding.

When paired with Brentwood’s SpeedGrid system, SpiraBar installs 50% faster than standard splash bars. This improves jobsite safety by reducing labor time, keeping your contractor’s team firmly on the ground more than in the air. Its stainless construction provides better corrosion resistance than coated grids, and the cross-wires are two times thicker than standard systems for increased strength. The SpeedGrid also incorporates Brentwood’s innovative QuickLock technology, which eliminates the need for splash bar fasteners.
