IDC's Recovery Coach, Brooke Mallon, Recieves Best Actress In A Supporting Role in SWING LOW
Detroit, Michigan (PRWEB) September 05, 2017 -- Brooke Mallon took home best actress in a supporting role at the I See You Awards for her work as Elizabeth in SWING LOW. Ms Mallon is a Michigan based actor and holistic practitioner, acting and teaching yoga and nia classes in the Metro-Detroit area. After graduating from theater school in New York City at Pace University, Brooke returned to her hometown with a new-found love and appreciation. In addition to her acting, Ms Mallon works as a yoga instructor and recovery coach at IDC, an eating disorder treatment program in Downtown Royal Oak, Michigan. Brooke supports the treatment team by using tools from the arts of yoga, dance, and acting. Influenced by Dance, Theater, and Music; Brooke uses Mindfulness, Yoga, Nia, Sounding, Meditation and Play to free her own spirit and inspire others in their own journey of recovery.
