New York Wine Events to Present 3rd Annual Brooklyn Crush Wine & Artisanal Food Festival: Spring Edition at at Industry City, May 13, 2017
New York, NY (PRWEB) April 20, 2017 -- New York Wine Events is pleased to announce the return of the Brooklyn Crush Wine & Artisanal Food Festival: Spring Edition on Saturday, May 13, 2017 at Industry City in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. General admission sessions for the bi-annual event run 3:00-6:00pm and 8:00-11:00pm. A Premium Early Access ticket option offers guests the option of walking the expansive wine and food festival one hour earlier than the rest of the crowd, starting at 2:00pm for the afternoon session and 7:00pm for the evening.
The Brooklyn tasting will feature over 175 wines, ciders and more, along with light fare including cheese and cracker selections and hors d’oeuvres, plus numerous artisan food tables sampling charcuterie, baked goods, olive oils, vegan selections, Vermont cheddar, non-alcoholic beverages, salsas and spreads, chocolates, and other specialty foods. Participating artisanal makers sampling their offerings will feature full sized items for patrons to purchase and enjoy at home. Guests will also be able to take home their complimentary custom wine tasting glass as a souvenir and sip, bop and sway to live jazz performances throughout the event by New York City’s James Zeller Trio.
Tasting tables located throughout the industrial-chic space will feature fruity, full-bodied red wines, sweet to dry white wines, plus sparkling and specialty selections. Old, new and emerging wine regions will be showcased and include varietals from Brazil, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, South America, the United States, and more. The event will once again feature several New York State wineries and guests will be able to purchase their selections by the bottle or case.
