Korsinsky & Klein, LLP, a law firm dedicated to serving clients in New York and New Jersey, is pleased to welcome attorneys Marc Illish, Stuart R. Friedman, Sandra Davermann, and Kenneth Renov to its legal team.

Marc Illish, Esq. is an associate attorney with valuable experience handling complex state and federal commercial cases. His areas of practice include matters concerning breach of contract, real property actions and proceedings, Article 15, foreclosure defense, commercial insurance claims, white-collar criminal defense, labor law, estate proceedings, bankruptcy, commercial landlord and tenant disputes, and personal injury defense. Mr. Illish earned his Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 2010. He is admitted to the bar of the State of New York, as well as the United States District Court, Southern District of New York; the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York; and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.

Stuart R. Friedman is an experienced trial attorney serving Of Counsel at Korsinsky & Klein, LLP. Throughout his impressive law career, Mr. Friedman has participated in numerous important litigations including those involving recalled medical products such as the DePuy ASR metal on metal hip and the IVC Cook filter, as well as dangerous drugs including the diabetes drug Actos and the blood thinner Xarelto. His detailed investigative methods and dedication to thorough research are an invaluable asset to all those he represents. Mr. Friedman earned his Juris Doctor from Western New England School of Law in 1982.

Sandra Davermann is an experienced Trusts & Estates and Elder Law attorney. Sandra is a graduate of the Cooley Law School at Western Michigan University where she worked in the Estate Planning Clinic. She holds a Master’s degree in Criminology & Justice from St. John’s University and a Bachelor’s in Sociology from SUNY Stony Brook. Sandra has previously worked for a well-known New York City Trusts & Estates law firm.

Kenneth Renov is an experienced Trusts & Estates and Elder Law attorney. Kenneth carries out the full cycle of estate planning, conducting analyses of client tax returns, insurance, and annuity policies. Kenneth is admitted to the bar in New York State and New Jersey. He earned a Juris Doctor degree with a triple concentration in Taxation, Corporate Law, and Family and Matrimonial Law from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City. Prior to practicing law, he was a research analyst at D.H. Blair Investment Banking Corp. in New York City.
