Buffalo Wings & Rings, a rapidly growing family-friendly sports restaurant brand, is pleased to announce the grand opening celebration of its newest restaurant at 2809 Dixie Highway in the Crestview Hills Town Center on Saturday, August 16, 2014.

As part of the grand opening festivities, the first 50 customers in line will receive free Buffalo Wings & Rings for a year. The grand opening will also feature a ribbon cutting with Crestview Hills mayor Paul Meier at 1:00 p.m., followed by an eating contest with participants from local high schools, a live radio remote from B105 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., giveaways throughout the day and so much more. The grand opening will also be celebrated online with a sweepstakes on Facebook – one lucky winner will win free food for a year.

The opening of the Crestview Hills restaurant marks the first of five new locations planned for the brand’s development around its home base of Cincinnati. The Buffalo Wings & Rings’ Crestview Hills restaurant is run by General Manager Dave Seeger, who previously owned and managed the day-to-day operations of two local restaurants in Cincinnati for a total of seven years.

“The Crestview Hills community has welcomed us with open arms from the get-go,” said Seeger. “The buzz and excitement around our new restaurant has been amazing, and we’re looking forward to being able to offer more residents in the greater Cincinnati area our delicious food,” he added.

Based on Buffalo Wings & Rings’ confidence in Seeger’s management of the restaurant, the brand has chosen the Crestview Hills location to act as a training site for future managers and franchisees, and it is one of the first corporate locations developed with the brand’s newest restaurant prototype design.

Since 2011, the brand’s newest prototype has been a huge success, both with new units and converted units. The brand has a flexible footprint of 4,500-6,000-square-foot per location (customized to your real estate), a seating range of 180-220 seats with a tap table, as well as a covered outdoor patio in its design.
