Nextiva, a leading provider of cloud-based unified communication services, will offer an hour-long webinar on Aug. 13 titled “How to Build & Manage a Virtual Workforce.” The session, as part of a new monthly series, will be hosted by Barry Moltz, a renowned small business expert and author.

The webinar will feature Jason Fried, co-founder and president of Chicago-based company, 37signals. Moltz and Fried will discuss the growing popularity of virtual workforces and how employers can battle related challenges while sustaining strong corporate cultures. It will also explore ways to attract the best possible employees for a virtual office and how to build the products and services that customers need. At the end of the presentation, attendees will have the opportunity join the discussion in real-time and download the webinar for future use.

“Virtual workforces are no longer a novelty, they are now the norm. Our goal with this webinar is to provide valuable insights and actionable steps that small business owners can take to help their organizations,” says Yaniv Masjedi, Nextiva’s vice president of marketing. “We love being able to help small businesses succeed and look forward to producing more valuable webinars each month.”
