To help local students start the school year right, C2 Education’s newest learning center will celebrate its Grand Opening with a free seminar titled “Study Habits that Stick” to share some of C2’s best study tips.

The first few weeks of a new school semester set the tone for the rest of the school year. To help local students start the school year right, C2 Education’s newest learning center will celebrate its Grand Opening with a free seminar titled “Study Habits that Stick” to share some of C2’s best study tips. The new tutoring center, located near Prospect High School at 1821 Saratoga Avenue in Saratoga, CA, will hold Grand Opening events from 5 PM to 7 PM on Thursday, September 19, 2013. The free seminar, “Study Habits that Stick”, will begin at 6 PM.

Since its founding in 1997, C2 Education has helped thousands of students improve their grades and test scores in order to earn admission at top colleges and universities. “Our goal is not simply to help students get better grades or score higher on standardized tests,” says C2 Education co-founder and CEO David Kim. “We also strive to encourage students to become lifelong learners with the drive and curiosity to succeed in and out of the classroom.”

To that end, C2 Education emphasizes the personal nature of their academic programs, citing their tailored test preparation, customized curricula, and individual support. The tutoring company offers a wide range of programs, including SAT prep, ACT prep, K-12 subject tutoring, and college admission counseling, but all C2 programs begin with an Academic Assessment. The results of these assessments are utilized to craft a personalized tutoring plan to address each student’s unique needs. This personalized approach has brought about amazing results: C2 students see an average SAT score increase of 360 points and 85% of C2 students go on to attend top 50 colleges and universities.

This level of student success has allowed the tutoring company to grow at a spectacular rate. In the past year alone, C2 Education has opened dozens of new learning centers across the country. The new Saratoga location is the eleventh C2 Education center in the Bay Area. “We have helped Bay Area students for many years, and we are very familiar with the area’s schools, colleges, and academic environment,” says Mr. Kim. “We look forward to serving local families and becoming an active member of the Saratoga community.”

All local students and parents are invited to attend the Grand Opening events at C2’s Saratoga learning center. Attendees will have the opportunity to tour the new facilities and to meet with C2 Education’s team of academic advisers before and after the 6 PM presentation of “Study Skills that Stick”. All families in attendance will receive a savings voucher for up to $1,000 off services at the new tutoring center.
