The report suite is powered by Caliper’s flagship product, the Caliper Profile, which has been used for selection and development for nearly 60 years. The new reports provide recommendations about job fit for over 50 validated job models that enable organizations of any size to leverage data to improve workforce planning decisions. This revolutionary report suite incorporates over 20 years of customer experience and research to accurately measure an individual's job performance potential and provide specific coaching and development recommendations.

The Caliper Essentials Competency Report for Selection provides specific information about a candidate’s job fit, work style, competency potential, and an overview of how the individual is likely to behave in each competency. The Essentials Competency Report for Coaching and Individual Developmental Guide can be used to provide information about an individual’s strengths, development opportunities, motivators, and stressors as well as specific tips on how to coach and develop the individual.
