CallRail has been named a Leader in G2 Crowd’s Grid℠ report on call tracking software, earning the highest customer satisfaction rating and top overall score when compared to other call tracking providers. In G2 Crowd user reviews a remarkable 98 percent of customers ranked CallRail with four and five star reviews on a five-star overall scale and an astonishing 93 percent are likely to recommend CallRail to their peers. CallRail earned an average satisfaction score of 4.7, beating all competitors.
