Cantor & Burger, LLC Settlement Featured in Missouri Lawyer's Weekly
St. Louis, MO (PRWEB) December 16, 2014 -- On Nov. 24, a rear-end accident handled by Cantor & Burger, LLC partner and attorney Gary Burger was featured in Missouri Lawyer's Weekly.
The initial accident occurred in 2012 when a truck stalled on a highway ramp in front of the client's car. The client came to a stop and was rear-ended by another driver, who was allegedly following too closely and didn't notice the stalled truck.

The client needed extensive medical treatment for his injured neck and shoulder. He was without medical insurance at the time.
After the case (1322-CC1078) was opened in 2013, it was discovered that the driver who rear-ended Burger's client was allegedly reaching down to grab a set of keys on the floor of his truck and was too distracted by the action to notice that the client had stopped.
The case was finally settled in 2014, with a settlement of $327,500 to Burger's client.
