“My prayer throughout this remarkable journey is that whoever reads my story will be encouraged and find hope in recognizing the power and sovereignty of God in all things."
PETERHEAD, Scotland (PRWEB) September 09, 2019
After a serious car accident left him with a severe traumatic brain injury and other life-threatening injuries, John C. Buchan’s chances for survival were slim. However, he and his family stayed firmly anchored in their faith, looking to God for continued hope and healing. In “Spared by Grace: An Inspiring True Story of Miracles and Answered Prayers,” Buchan recounts his path to recovery and all the blessings encountered along the way.
Throughout the rehabilitation process, doctors and medical specialists continued to use the same word to describe Buchan’s recovery: miraculous. After sharing his testimony with members of his church and receiving an outpouring of positive response, he felt called to write “Spared by Grace” in hopes it would inspire others to seek God in their own times of hardship.
“My prayer throughout this remarkable journey is that whoever reads my story will be encouraged and find hope in recognizing the power and sovereignty of God in all things,” Buchan said.
“A wonderful testimony to the encouragement of faith and the power of prayer—and a reminder that we are rescued by a God for whom all things are possible,” said Pastor David McCaig of Peterhead Baptist Church.
A remarkable account of one man’s resilience and faith, “Spared by Grace” is a reminder that through God all things are possible, and He can restore hope and peace in even the darkest of times.
