Car Wars joins Trillium Automobile Dealers Association (TADA) in Ottawa and Toronto this month for the Auto Dealers Innovation Series. The Auto Dealers Innovation Series focuses on providing valuable information through educational sessions hosted by the industry's most innovative leaders.

Teresa Bordenet, Senior Director of Business Development at Car Wars, will share valuable insight into gender-based selling and how to leverage consumer behavior to set more appointments. Her session, “The Science Behind Selling Based on Gender,” will analyze appointment setting performance in relation to gender. She sets out to share a simple, meaningful approach called CRISP, which dealers can quickly apply to amplify overall phone performance and ultimately capture more revenue over the phone.

To help callers achieve an ideal shopping experience and to help agents tailor their phone handling with each gender, it's important to first understand the nuances in appointment setting performance between males and females.

“Women call dealerships less than men, but did you know they are more likely book an appointment over the phone?” said Bordenet. “It's no secret that consumer behavior differs between men and women, and the same holds true with their approach to shopping over the phone. Agents can book more appointments by strategically adjusting to whom they are speaking to… I’m excited to share the most successful approaches when selling to women callers during my presentation.”

There are two opportunities to hear from Bordenet: September 19 at the Hilton Garden Inn in Ottawa and September 20 at the Universal Event Space in Toronto.
