CarHistory.us.org Publishes Guide to Knowing Whether Or Not A Used Car Dealer is Legit
San Diego, CA (PRWEB) October 11, 2013 -- CarHistory.us.org is releasing a guide that will help their customers know if someone trying to sell them a used car is legit or a scam artist, the company said yesterday.
“Most people in the car selling industry are legit,” a CarHistory.us.org spokesman said. “But a few are not. We want to help protect our customers from the ones who are not legit.”
The guide starts out by explaining to customers what questions they should ask when buying a used car to start to determine if the seller is legit, the CarHistory.us.org spokesman said.
“Then we tell them what to look for in the car itself to make sure that the sale is legit,” he said. “It's not that hard once you know what you are doing, but most people don't have this information at their fingertips.”
The guide will be sent to all existing CarHistory.us.org customers, posted on their social media sites, and eventually released on their blog CarHistoryBlog.us.org, he said.
“We want to get this information out to as many people as possible so that they only deal with legit used car sellers,” he said. “Nobody should have to deal with scam sellers ever again.”
The guide was created by experts in the used car industry who have seen non-legit sellers in action, he said.
