CarHistoryUSA.com To Launch Customer Review of Services
Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) May 23, 2014 -- CarHistoryUSA.com is set to begin a new initiative of customer feedback, the company said yesterday.
“We want to improve our product as well as our service in 2014,” a CarHistoryUSA.com spokesman said. “But any change we make won't make sense if we first don't listen to our customers and learn what they like and don't like. That's what this initiative is all about.”
CarHistoryUSA.com is taking advantage of several stages of customer interaction in order to gain a comprehensive overview of the customer experience, he said.
“First there is the point at which they complete their first purchase with us,” the CarHistoryUSA.com spokesman said. “Then there are returning customers, and the people who choose the bulk report pricing option. We'll be asking targeted questions based on the kind of experience they have with us.”
Customer service representatives will also be tasked with gathering customer reviews during phone calls and live chat conversations, he said.
“We would love to hear that we don't have to change a thing, but often the people who have the best ideas are those who have had an issue with our service,” he said. “That's why we're asking our staff to bring to the table anything they've heard from customers during a complaint resolution.”
Once the review phase is complete, CarHistoryUSA.com will decide how to implement they information they have received from customers who review their service.
“We are very excited about our entire overhaul this year, and in particular the customer review phase we're going into now,” he said. “We believe in giving the customer what we want, and there's no better way to know what they want than by simply asking them.”
