CarHistoryUSA.com Revamps Website To Offer Easier Access And Better Service
Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) June 13, 2014 -- CarHistoryUSA.com has redesigned their site from top to bottom in order to make it easier and faster to use, the company announced yesterday.
“Two months ago, we started surveying our existing customers to get a sense of what they thought of the way our website search system worked,” a CarHistoryUSA.com spokesman said. “We did so because we know that there is always room for improvement, and the only way to know what customers want is to simply ask them. We listened to what they had to say, and designed the revamp to better address their needs and concerns.”
The new CarHistoryUSA.com site takes fewer steps to get from the homepage to where the order is placed and to see the used car history report, he said.
“We discovered that we didn't need as many intermediary pages as we thought we did,” he said. “So we cut out the fat and simplified the entire process from start to finish.”
CarHistoryUSA.com also altered their search system itself so it now takes less time to download their vehicle history reports, he said.
“It used to take three to five minutes for a complete report to be downloaded and prepared,” he said. “Now it takes between 90 seconds and three minutes. This is in responses to many requests for faster download speeds.”
The revamped site has been beta tested for glitches over the past two weeks, he said.
“We've gotten a lot of positive feedback from consumers who agreed to help us with the beta test,” he said. “We are really hopeful that people are going to be excited about the new site structure.”
