The Heartfelt Hope mat is part of Carpet One Floor & Home's new collection of pink ribbon welcome mats.

“I love this sanity saving welcome mat,” said Edelman. “It keeps your floors clean, looks great and distracts your guests from seeing the crack in your front steps! Not to mention machine-washable – so very mani-friendly."

Carpet One Floor & Home has released their new collection of pink ribbon welcome mats to support breast cancer research. The Carpet One Welcomes Your Support campaign has been raising funds to support organizations and researchers searching for a cure since 2004. This year’s collection features twelve new designs that make a statement of support in any home.

Twenty-five percent of each sale will be donated to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation® (BCRF). The mats are designed to withstand conditions both indoor and outdoor; each complete with a sturdy rubber backing and a pink ribbon to remind people of the cause each mat stands behind. All of Carpet One Floor & Home’s welcome mats are stain-and-water resistant and machine-washable.

The pink ribbon welcome mats have raised more than $850,000 for breast cancer research and awareness charities since the campaign started in 2004.

“The Breast Cancer Research Foundation is very pleased to have Carpet One Floor & Home as a dedicated partner in our battle against breast cancer,” said Myra J. Biblowit, President, BCRF. “When consumers purchase these mats, it provides critical funding for innovative clinical and translational research at leading medical centers worldwide. The mats also serve as a great every-day reminder to keep fighting as we search for a cure.”

In addition to adding color to any entryway or room, these mats also keep floors clean. A mat at every door actually protects floors by trapping dirt before it makes its way into a home to cause more stains.

Carpet One Floor & Home is also excited to be continuing their partnership with Julie Edelman, The Accidental Housewife who has once again created a signature mat design.

“I love this sanity saving welcome mat,” said Edelman. “It keeps your floors clean, looks great and distracts your guests from seeing the crack in your front steps! Not to mention machine-washable – so very mani-friendly. Supporting a great cause on top of it all, makes this ‘tini tiny rug a must have for your home!”

Pink ribbon welcome mats are available year round at Carpet One Floor & Home stores for approximately $24.99US/$34.99CDN. These inspiring pink ribbon mats make great gifts and add a special touch to a home. They can make great additions to kitchens and bathrooms as well.
