Cartessa Aesthetics Welcomes Industry Veteran Chris Aronson to the Company’s Executive Team

Aronson will join Cartessa as Chief Commercial Officer to support the organization’s exponential growth

In just three years, Cartessa Aesthetics has grown to be a significant player in the aesthetics industry, eclipsing many of the long-established companies in both sales revenue and organization size. To continue to fuel this rapid growth, Cartessa Aesthetics announced today that Chris Aronson will be joining the company’s executive team as Chief Commercial Officer. In this role, Aronson will lead the strategic expansion into new verticals and support the best-in-class portfolio of products which includes the new RF Microneedling Platform VirtueRF, the CoolPeel by Tetra CO2 treatment that is reinvigorating CO2 device space and at least two more launches planned for 2020.

Aronson brings to Cartessa 20 years of sales and management experience in the medical device industry. Having joined Cynosure in 2003, Aronson held various positions in his fourteen year tenure with Cynosure including his final role as Executive Vice President of North American Sales over seeing yearly revenue in excess of $200 million, a 100+ person commercial team, and multiple product launches and company acquisitions. After leaving Cynosure, Aronson introduced the Artas iX Robot and built the North American sales force for Restoration Robotics and planned the launch the Elipse Intragastric balloon for Allurion in North America and Australia (pending FDA approval).

As CCO, Aronson will once again work with Cartessa Aesthetics Founder and CEO, Gabe Lubin. “Chris and I have had great success working together in the past. His industry knowledge coupled with his strategic expertise makes him the right leader to help us achieve our mission and ambitious goals,” said Lubin. Aronson will work alongside an executive team with deep marketing, operations and financial experience.
