Catalyst IT and Cambia Health Services Will Present How Adaptive Delivery Models Transform Enterprises

At the Gartner Symposium ITxpo, Catalyst IT Services will lead a solution provider session with its client Cambia Health Services, the largest healthcare enterprise in Pacific Northwest.

Cambia will share significant data around its technology delivery models, providing support for Gartner’s framework around ‘bimodal' delivery.

Catalyst IT Services will be a sponsor at the 2014 Gartner Symposium/ITxpo in Orlando, Florida, October 5-9. The Catalyst team will be available in Booth #311 to discuss their unique approach to assembling and sourcing application development teams that results in 75 percent faster delivery and 55 percent lower defect rates at one-third the cost as compared to other outsourced vendors.

Catalyst IT Services will also lead a solution provider session with its client Cambia Health Services, the largest healthcare enterprise in Pacific Northwest. The session, Innovation: How Adaptive Delivery Models are Transforming an $8B Enterprise, will explore the strategies that helped Cambia Health Solutions transform its business and IT delivery models to increase speed, quality and innovation. Mark Wyman, vice president of technology at Cambia, will present data and outcomes from Cambia’s investment strategy, agile adoption and sourcing models for innovation, differentiation and systems-of-record work.

“Massive health care industry changes are forcing enterprises to innovate quickly and become more consumer-focused, while also creating huge opportunities for leading healthcare organizations to differentiate their business by evolving technology delivery models,” said Michael Rosenbaum, CEO of Catalyst IT Services. “As a result, enterprises like Cambia have given technology a seat at the table and rethought the way technology plays a role in driving strategic direction. At this session, Cambia will share significant data around its technology delivery models, providing support for Gartner’s framework around ‘bimodal’ delivery. This framework advocates different technology sourcing models for different business purposes, and offers the potential to rapidly transform organizations in dramatically shifting markets.”
