At Causora, You Give = You Get

Says Kai Buehler, founder and CEO, "Causora is proud to partner with our favorite socially conscious brands like ZipCar, The Bouqs and Novica so donors anywhere in the nation can use our thank you rewards platform when giving this holiday season."

Causora, who is re-imagining philanthropy as the first social giving platform allowing people to donate any amount to their favorite cause while getting the same amount back in thank you rewards, today announced the launch of its national eShop rewards featuring a curated selection of online partners. Just in time for the holidays, as one-third of online charity donations take place in December according to Network for Good’s recent online study, Causora’s rewards makes the perfect feel good gift. When consumers donate to their favorite cause on the platform, choosing from over 200 charities from the American Red Cross, water.org to Habitat for Humanity, they get rewarded with thank you gift cards to purchase items like wine, flowers or jewelry.

With Causora’s platform, people donate any amount to their favorite charity or school and receive the same amount back as a thank you gift card. As an example, if you donated $100 to your favorite charity, you would get $100 in Causora Credits that you can redeem for gift cards with any merchant in the Causora network. The distribution of the Causora platform has been extended to third party web sites with MyCausora, a new tool that allows for easy integration of the fundraising platform onto other web sites using a simple embed code. Causora provides a win-win-win for its partners – nonprofits win as they get more donations and awareness, merchants get to support important causes and gain new customers, and donors get tangible rewards for their donations.

John Tabis, Founder and CEO of flower upstart TheBouqs.com said "Causora reaches a demographic similar to The Bouqs Company - people who want awesome product experiences while also helping to make a positive difference in the world."

Says Roberto Milk, founder and CEO of Novica who in association with National Geographic offers fair trade products from 2000 artisans around the world says, "Giving back is an integral part of Novica’s philosophy – by partnering with Causora we can support giving to important causes."
