Cecilia Charles grew up in Connecticut and then moved to Boston after graduating college with a Psychology Degree. She worked for a District Attorney’s office for several years as a domestic violence advocate then become a social worker for a child protection agency. She is married with two children and currently lives and works in the Boston Area.
