The Certified Negotiation Expert® (CNE®) course is the most sought after professional designation for real estate agents. Join over 30,000 graduates in North America who have gained these valuable skills and earned this important designation.
Negotiation is an essential skill for any realtor who wants to protect their client and achieve the very best results. High level negotiation skills will help you attract great clients, earn more listings, create better client outcomes and close more transactions.
The Real Estate Negotiation Institute has been bringing high level negotiation training to the real estate industry since 2006. The CNE® and the MCNE® designations are now offered in Canada with unique Canadian content customized to your market.
This is the first time that the course has been offered in Ottawa. It will be held at the Ottawa Real Estate Board, 1826 Woodward Drive on Monday September 22nd and Tuesday September 23rd, 2014. “This is an excellent opportunity for Ottawa area real estate agents to take this highly sought after designation course close to home”, says Suze Cumming, Canadian Director for The Real Estate Negotiation Institute and facilitator for the course. “The demand for the CNE® course has been extremely strong and I am trying to get to each major market across Canada once per year. I am excited to be coming to Ottawa for the first time.”
The real estate board is also excited to be offering this course through their continuing education program. Agents will receive 10 CE credits as well as lunch on both days.
This two day course covers different negotiation types, strategies and tactics as well as ways to deal with aggressive negotiators. In addition, it covers the psychology of buying, persuasion principals, pertinent case studies and skills practice. You’ll learn how to win the listing at the right price and the right commission, get a Buyer Broker Agreement signed and most importantly, how to negotiate on your clients’ behalf to get the very best outcome for them.
