Growth came as a result of new customer acquisition, existing customer expansion, strategic partnerships and product innovation.

Product Innovation
The third quarter also brought a number of enhancements to the cfactor suite including a focus on: global enhancements, mobile applications and adding further talent assessment and learning capabilities within the Talent Management suite.
