DanceOn Launches New Series "Chachi's World" Starring Digital Star Chachi Gonzales Exclusively on go90™
Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) November 11, 2015 -- DanceOn, Inc. – the dominant digital network for dance and music entertainment – launched "Chachi's World", a new docu-series centered on the life of influencer and winner of MTV's "America’s Best Dance Crew," Chachi Gonzales. Produced by BMP Digital, the digital arm of Bunim/Murray Productions ("Keeping up with the Kardashians" and "I Am Cait"), "Chachi's World" premiered Monday, Nov. 9, exclusively on go90, the mobile-first social entertainment platform and leads an ongoing partnership with 27 original series to follow through 2017.
"Chachi's World" stars teenager Chachi Gonzales alongside her sister/business partner Dominique Gonzales, manager Clinton Ray and super cute, human-like dog Lexi. The documentary-style show follows the dancer, choreographer and fashionista's newfound fame and blossoming solo career, which has gained her more than 3.3 million social media followers and more than 60 million YouTube views.
The 12-episode series showcases the fearless Houston native's thrilling journey as a rising teen star and digital influencer in Hollywood with help from her older sister and business manager. Also along for the ride is fellow Internet star and boyfriend Josh Leyva, who together with Chachi create a modern day dynamic reminiscent of Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz of "I Love Lucy".
"Fans will see a side of Chachi Gonzales never seen before," said DanceOn CEO Amanda Taylor. "Many know Chachi's polished persona as an award-winning dancer and online star, but few have had the chance to be entertained and inspired by the resilient teenager as she takes on the highs and lows of fame and early adulthood."
Each 10-minute episode -- the perfect length for her mobile-first following -- highlights Chachi's quirky, fun-loving personality. The show also features professional drama and an emotional homecoming at which time Chachi publicly opens up about the hurdles of becoming an independent young woman.
