Oregon Chai Tea Latte Mixes and Concentrates, now in Spiced and Salted Caramel, are a versatile solution to revamp beverage menus from cocktails to cider.

Chai tea is a café menu staple, and we launched these two new flavors to give operators more options when menuing this consumer-favorite drink year-round.

To support operators building a bolder fall drink menu, Kerry announces the launch of two new Oregon Chai® Tea Latte Mixes: Spiced and Salted Caramel.

Today, 57 percent of Americans consider themselves adventurous eaters.[1] With bold flavors on-trend and the growing popularity of tea, chai is a perfect solution to revamp fall beverage menus. Whether served as a traditional hot chai latte or in a signature iced drink, Oregon Chai has a chai tea mix to tempt every taste.

“Chai tea is a café menu staple, and Kerry launched these two new flavors to give operators more options when menuing this consumer-favorite drink year-round,” says Marc Simon, brand manager for Kerry Foodservice Beverage Brands. “Cafes are starting to get creative with chai, using it as an ingredient in a variety of drinks from cocktails to apple cider, and all of Oregon Chai’s Tea Latte Mixes work great as classic hot chai lattes or in signature beverages.”

Both of these new flavors are built on The Original™ Oregon Chai Tea Latte blend — inspired by an authentic Himalayan recipe first brought to the U.S. by the brand’s founder. The new all-natural Spiced concentrate packs a stronger chai flavor with an extra kick of cinnamon, clove and other secret spices. Whereas, the new organic Salted Caramel variety brings a smooth blend of robust caramel with a slight hint of sea salt.

Both of these mixes are GMO-free and available as a shelf-stable liquid chai concentrate. Operators can easily create hot or iced specialty beverages with stress-free measuring — simply add one part concentrate to one part liquid.
