Flexibility Addresses Client Need
In the beginning, a majority of eMazzanti’s business was break-fix oriented. When companies had computer and network problems, eMazzanti was called to repair them and get the business up and running again.

In the days before Sandy hit, every eMazzanti employee was moved to a customer support role, checking backups and making sure clients were as prepared as possible.
