Tapella & Eberspacher Attorney Bill Tapella Speaks at Illinois Trial Lawyers Association Shotgun Seminar
St. Louis, MO (PRWEB) October 07, 2014 -- Attorney Bill Tapella of Tapella & Eberspacher law firm in Charleston, Illinois spoke at this year’s Illinois Trial Lawyers Association annual convention. The talk was titled “Who is the Agent?” Tapella discussed the legal doctrine respondeat superior.
Tapella was one of eight speakers at the event, which qualifies for 4.25 Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) hours, which all attorneys are required to fulfill. Other speakers discussed a variety of legal matters, including Workers’ Compensation and medical and hospital liens.
