InXpress has opened a new franchise in southwest Chicago to serve the increased shipping needs and industry growth in the Chicago area. This is the second Chicago area franchise to open this year.

The new location will offer InXpress’s tailor-made courier and delivery solutions to businesses in the southwest part of Chicago.

“The response by business owners and companies wanting to increase efficiency and cut unnecessary costs has been remarkable,” said Bill Brandenburg, owner of the new southwest Chicago InXpress franchise. “The result of our work as knowledgeable shipping consultants is that our clients receive lower shipping rates while we provide a high level of personalized service. This differentiates us from our competition.”

InXpress provides discounted international and domestic shipping rates to smaller businesses. These discounted rates are typically only available to large companies with huge shipping needs. By compiling shipping needs of individual customers, InXpress is able to negotiate heavily discounted rates.

InXpress typically saves customers 10 percent or more over their current courier rates. For example, after opening a franchise in Washington D.C. last year, InXpress facilitated a 17 percent cut in shipping costs for more than 100 local businesses.

“Our consulting services are provided at no charge. An initial assessment could take less than five minutes,” said Brandenburg. “All of our clients know that they can contact us at any time. We love to help people, and it shows.”

InXpress is the only transportation reseller to make Entrepreneur Magazine’s 2013 Franchise 500 Rankings, coming in at #240 on the list.

“InXpress provides a unique service to small and mid-sized companies. With collective buying power, an InXpress customer will instantly see savings in their shipping spend,” said Dustin Hansen, CEO of InXpress USA. “Our local franchise owners are an example of small business, helping other small to mid-sized companies succeed.”
