Specifically designed to support people’s understanding of their own health, “Sacred Ground” explains how the mind, body and spirit all work together to achieve overall wellbeing.

Inspired by the teachings of Yau and written by Kook, “Sacred Ground” aims to help readers experience the profound benefits of the Qi Gong practice.
