About the Author
Christine Burton, a native of Southeastern Wisconsin, earned her doctorate degree in naturopathy from the Clayton College in Alabama. She formerly worked as a cook for a supper club/catering service and also worked in a K-12 school district where she became aware of the students need to cook and bake. Burton taught teens and young adults to cook and bake in her home allowing them to expand their culinary knowledge and create recipes.
