San Diego Padres and Chula Vista Charitable Foundation Team Up to Create Community Series for Local Fans
Chula Vista, CA (PRWEB) April 18, 2014 -- The San Diego Padres and Chula Vista Charitable Foundation have teamed up for the Chula Vista Community Series at Petco Park and the third annual Chula Vista Day at the Padres. The 2014 series of games is an expanded event, designed to offer community members a series of games at discounted prices while supporting the Chula Vista Charitable Foundation with every ticket purchased.
Starting this Saturday, April 19, Padres fans can save up to 30 percent on tickets for select games purchased online at Padres.com/ChulaVista with the code CV2014. Proceeds from each ticket sold support local philanthropy through the Chula Vista Charitable Foundation.
Tickets purchased by June 1 for any game in the Chula Vista series are automatically entered into a drawing for a chance to win a pre-game meet and greet with Adrian Gonzalez when the Padres take on the Dodgers on Sunday, June 22 at Chula Vista Community Day with the Padres. Though he plays for the Dodgers, Adrian is still a fan of Chula Vista and a member of the Chula Vista Charitable Foundation.
At the Chula Vista Community Day game, Chula Vistans will be seated in adjoining sections to enjoy the fan experience together. The first 500 fans to purchase tickets for the June 22 game will receive a commemorative T-shirt.
